I enjoy spending my spare time reading, visiting new places with my family, friends, and dogs, as well as baking sourdough.
Experience
Since joining Muse in 2019, I have focused my time on working with pension schemes to develop their governance and risk management frameworks. I am part of Muse’s governance and risk management team, supporting our consultants with governance, trustee board effectiveness, benchmarking, and full services reviews, as well as our risk management services. A key focus in recent years has been supporting risk management clients with undertaking General Code compliance activities and own risk assessments. Through this work, I have helped a range of pension scheme clients to identify areas for improvement, address complex governance challenges, and improve ways of working to enable them to achieve better outcomes for the schemes and their members.
I also provide outsourced pensions management clients with secretarial, governance, risk management, and pensions management support, bringing DB and DC experience. I recently, supported one such scheme by project managing its Own Risk Assessment process and assisting the client with its strategic journey planning.
Before joining Muse, I completed a Master’s degree in History at the University of Southampton, which taught me to think independently and critically.
