End-to-end executive and trustee secretarial support managing all aspects of the scheme’s operation from developing and delivering strategy, and navigating day-to-day demands of Scheme business, to stakeholder and adviser management, management of member communication, budget management, and ensuring effective governance and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. We work in close partnership with the chair and board, trustee advisers and other stakeholders to ensure you meet your short and long-term objectives.

Executive, strategic, operational and dynamic support to the Chair and Board and any in-house pensions team, managing the Board’s business, planning and organising meetings, liaising with, managing and instructing advisers, issue escalation and resolution, meeting preparation, attendance and follow-up, and ensuring that statutory and other reporting is completed on schedule.
