A bit about me
I love horses and I compete, in dressage. I spend time with my family although now I have teenagers, they’d rather be with their friends! Otherwise, astronomy and art are passions, but I need more hours in the day to fit everything in!
Experience
I am a governance and risk management specialist. I lead our governance and risk management business line and am an experienced board facilitator, leading and facilitating workshops and strategic planning.
I lead on a range of client projects covering governance and Trustee effectiveness, risk management, Trustee Executive Services, Master Trust selection exercises, administration change projects and adviser reviews.
I joined Muse Advisory in 2010. Before that, I worked at Mercer, firstly in their International Benefits Consulting business where I worked with multinational companies on developing and implementing global governance and risk management frameworks and global benefit strategies. I then specialised in UK pensions governance and risk management in Mercer’s retirement business, working with companies and pension scheme trustees, before coming to Muse.
