A bit about me
Having enjoyed city life in Bristol for many years, I’ve returned to East Anglia and the beautiful fenland views of Ely and Cambridge. I do a lot of walking and bird spotting; as much as possible I’m out with the dogs in the local woodland, or at the North Norfolk coast. Although, I am now out of practice when it comes to hills!
Experience
I have over 20 years in pension scheme management! My career in pensions started as the in-house Pensions Governance Manager for the Allied Domecq pension schemes.
I joined Muse Advisory shortly after it was founded and have hugely enjoyed various roles here. Latterly as a third party evaluator for Trustee executive appointments; including advising Trustees and the company on pensions resourcing.
More recently as a Trustee Executive Manager in the Outsourced Pensions Management team. As an outsourced pensions manager I provide Trustee executive services to the boards and committees of defined benefit and hybrid pension schemes.
I’m fortunate to have enjoyed a successful career building on strong knowledge and relationships from working on adviser review and selection projects. I can build effective teams to identify and deliver key strategic programmes collaboratively, working across the advisory teams to get projects delivered.
My specialist areas are trustee effectiveness during end game strategies (buy-in/buy-out and run-on), trustee resourcing, administration delivery and oversight and member case dispute resolution.
I bring experience from both corporate and consulting perspectives, offering clients an independent lens and solutions to challenges.
