A bit about me
The majority of my pension career has been as a consultant for a portfolio of clients working for several key consultancy firms including HSBC Actuaries and Consultants and Mercer . In 2011 I changed direction slightly and became a contractor within the industry which gave me the opportunity to work in house on projects for a utility company, a TV company and an investment company.
Experience
I have experience in working with trustee boards, company boards in both defined benefit and defined contribution trust based pension schemes. As a consultant I developed great client relationship management skills as well as being able to work collaboratively with the client team consisting of colleagues in administration, investment, actuarial and communication departments. I also have experience as secretary to trustee boards.
