A bit about me
As Mother to a university student, my main role outside of work seems to be acting as her bank manager! My own interests include reading, walking the dog, spending time with family & friends and cycling when time permits.
Experience
My role is supporting the management team in running the business, but in the past I have supported our client teams on a range of projects (mainly involving pensions administration selection and implementation). I joined Muse Advisory in 2012 to support our supplier research programme and to provide project management support to client projects. My role now mainly involves managing our sales and marketing activities, working with client agreements, leading initiatives that do not have a ‘natural’ home e.g. I led our GDPR roll out in 2018 and working as part of the Muse IT team. A key internal project I am continuing to lead is the development of our Client Relationship Management system, which we successfully rolled out in July 2025. As an experienced project manager, my key skills include planning, organisation and communications, the ability to build effective relationships and a focus and commitment to achieving set targets.
