Muse Advisory grows its outsourced pensions management team with a senior hire
5 May 2026: Muse Advisory announces the appointment of Adam Chate as Senior Consultant, growing the resource and expertise of the Outsourced Pensions Management team.
Adam brings strong knowledge of pensions management from previous in-house roles. He is a senior pensions professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning in-house management, consultancy and administration roles, the last 15 of which have been spent in demanding in-house pensions roles at 3i Group and Barclays.
Kate Maloney, Client Director, commented: “Adam is a great addition to the team and brings significant in-house pensions management experience as well as people-centric skills, both hallmarks of our outsourced pensions management service.”
Kate continued: “This hire comes shortly after Daniel Jacobson, Katherine Milton and Ellen Ratcliffe were promoted to Principals within our outsourced pensions management team, forming a strong leadership group to further the expansion of our service as companies and schemes look increasingly to outsource part or all of the pensions management function.”
Adam added: “Having worked with Muse as a client, I was struck by the people-first, independent, collaborative approach ingrained within Muse and look forward to working more closely with the team to help clients meet their goals.”
