A bit about me
When I’m not looking after our lively toddler, I enjoy getting outdoors, being active (mainly walking, swimming and cycling) and singing in a choir. I also like to take advantage of the many things that London has to offer (museums, theatre and music events). I’m an avid reader and podcast listener and try to do voluntary work when I can.
Experience
I’m a Senior Consultant at Muse, focusing mainly on outsourced pensions management and governance consulting.
I’ve worked in pensions for over 20 years. Before joining Muse, I held senior in-house positions at 3i and Barclays. I’ve been in trustee and sponsor facing roles and have managed retirement plans in the UK and globally. I have also worked in consultancy (at Mercer) and in pensions administration.
I have a lot of practical experience of the governance and management of retirement plans. I particularly enjoy working with trustee boards or sponsoring employers to articulate what they want to achieve in relation to retirement benefits provision, how and by when. I like to build strong working relationships, and to bring together everyone involved, to help ensure that any stated goals and objectives (and ultimately good outcomes for members) can be achieved.
