Experience
I am a Director at Muse Advisory with over 35 years' experience in pensions.
I specialise in governance (especially in relation to funding, investment and risk management), trustee effectiveness, trustee strategy and large pension change management projects. I particularly enjoy facilitating trustees to fully articulate their objectives and beliefs and, consequently, to be as effective as they can be.
The blend of my actuarial background and governance expertise enables me to help clients meet their funding, investment and risk management responsibilities through greater governance effectiveness.
Projects have included trustee effectiveness and governance reviews (including investment), adviser/ provider selections, transition programme management and facilitating trustees formulating their long-term strategy and associated implementation.
