A bit about me
When I’m not spending time with my family and Cavapoo, I can often be found on the roads and trails of Bedfordshire either on 4 wheels or 2. I have a deep love for all things cycling and I’m currently rediscovering my passion for mountain biking. Whilst wishing the roads were quieter for cycling, I also have a keen interest in cars, particularly modern classics.
Experience
I am a Principal in Muse’s dedicated Risk and Governance Team specialising in risk management and cyber risk, with a background in broader scheme governance and outsourced pensions management.
I am passionate about helping trustees to see risk management in a more practical and meaningful way, focusing activities on what worries them most. In recent years I have spent a significant proportion of my time helping trustees and sponsors understanding and managing cyber risk, including the implications of the ever-increasing use of AI.
Over the course of my career, I have acted as pensions manager and trustee secretary on an outsourced basis to schemes of varying sizes and circumstances, often building long term, trusted relationships. I also bring experience of project management from both a trustee and corporate perspective.
I joined Muse in May 2026, having previously worked in consulting roles at Lane, Clark & Peacock and Buck Consultants. From earlier in my career, I have valuable experience of working as part of an in-house team before moving into consultancy.
I am Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI) and have previously held PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation.
